Old Dog, New Tricks!

It turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks. Here’s a recent install of one of our X12, data acquisition systems for a refurbished double pumper. Installed in the panel is a display showing critical sensor information for the operator. There is also a bulkhead mount for an Ethernet cable to run to a customer laptop so the customer can record and report on the job in our DMS software.

Double Pumper Control System

Here’s a Double Pumper Control project recently completed by our team. This customer wanted to keep it simple by using an OEM Allison shifter for the transmissions along with a potentiometer for throttle control. 90° LED switches control the valves shown on the engraved schematic and a 7″ touchscreen for data acquisition.

Flexible Data Acquisition

This week our team commissioned data acquisition systems for two pigging units in the Houston area. Our flexible hardware and software allowed the customer to tailor the system to their specific needs. In this application we have our DMS Pro software installed in two different operator stations and tied them into a single X10 junction box. This configuration saved the customer a lot of money on hardware.
