Old Dog, New Tricks!

It turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks. Here’s a recent install of one of our X12, data acquisition systems for a refurbished double pumper. Installed in the panel is a display showing critical sensor information for the operator. There is also a bulkhead mount for an Ethernet cable to run to a customer laptop so the customer can record and report on the job in our DMS software.

Over the past twelve months, Prime installed and commissioned controls for two new frac fleets. Prime has a full suite of controls and data acquisition software which includes:

Bottom Hole Pressure and Bottom Hole Concentration modules
3D wellbore real-time visualization
Wireline
Data acquisition software with post job treatment report engine
Data Sender (ability to send data in real-time to 3rd party programs)

Double Pumper Control System

Here’s a Double Pumper Control project recently completed by our team. This customer wanted to keep it simple by using an OEM Allison shifter for the transmissions along with a potentiometer for throttle control. 90° LED switches control the valves shown on the engraved schematic and a 7″ touchscreen for data acquisition.

Double Cementer DAQ System

This nice looking Double Cement Unit was recently refurbished by a customer of ours. They installed one of our X10 Data Acquisition systems that allows them to view and record pressure, flow rate/total and cement density. They did a slick job with the self install.
