Vice President of Technology & Operations

Description: In The Woodlands, Texas, Prime WSI, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Technology & Operations to be responsible for driving innovation, product development, and operational excellence across the organization; oversee the Software, Engineering, Production, and Technical Support teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers in the global oil and gas completions market; serve as a strategic partner in cultivating vendor relationships, advancing the company’s technology infrastructure, and expanding market reach through trade shows and direct customer engagement; travel to customer sites for product development research, field testing, and pre-project surveys; maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and translate them into product or service innovations; audit and evaluate company-wide use of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and other Information Technology tools to ensure efficiency and alignment with operational goals; and recommend and implement improvements to internal systems to streamline workflows, reporting, and communication. Four years of technology and operations leadership experience; experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, production, and support functions; strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, industrial technologies, and software development lifecycles; up to 20% domestic travel; and up to 10% international travel required.
